Acknowl­edgments It turns out that wealth creation and writing a book, like other notable markers in life, are best experienced in the com­pany of other ­ people. Not long ago, I was a neophyte author with an idea, and I’ve been fortunate to be blessed by an incredible team of supporters, teachers, truth-­tellers, and experts who all wanted to be part of this journey. Honestly, I ­really ­couldn’t and ­ wouldn’t want to go it alone, anyway. Cheers to all ­those who contrib- uted to making this book a real­ity! Most impor­tant, I’m deeply grateful for my wife, Kelle, who has been my partner, co-creator, and chief encourager in business and life. Over three-­plus de­cades, you have always believed in me and what I wanted to accomplish, gave me the space to grow and evolve, and challenged and inspired me to be the best version of myself.
